Disney Cruise Rare Oceaneer Band 3rd Print + MagicBands Rare Disney Infinity DLC. On Disney Cruise Lines (DCL) there is a Youth Activities Oceaneer Club. Which allows children 12 and under to get in and out of the club quickly without the need for parents, DCL has implemented the MagicBand system using what they call an Oceaneer Band. Parents could take their children to the Oceaneer Club and check out a band. Once the cruise is over, parents need to return the bands or face a charge on their account.
